Rastafari in Covenant
On November 2nd 1930 an event of profound significance occurred in the earth. The coronation of His imperial Majesty Emperor Haile Selassie 1st marked the opening of a new era, the Era of HIM. It is to the Glory of the Heavenly Father and our Lord Yesus Kristos that we give thanks and attribute this new era and blessing in Kristos of the coming of the seed of David in power.
As Rastafari in Covenant we proclaim His Imperial Majesty as the herald, the instrument and beginning of the salvation and judgement of our Lord, the life mirrored personification of the soon coming glory of the Father and Son, the Elect of God, the Power of the Holy Trinity.
The TABOT Calendar
The Tabot Calendar is the first of its kind to capture the essence of the Era of HIM. The uniqueness of this calendar begins with the significant event of the Coronation which marks the start of our New Heritage Year and introduces new names for both the months of the year and the days of the week. These names have their foundation in the Holy Biblical Scriptures and the Amharic language of Ethiopia.
The Tabot Calendar highlights the anointed periods in the life of His Imperial Majesty from his conception and birth through to his ascension to the throne of glory as Haile Selassie 1st, the Power of the Holy Trinity, the King of all kings, The Elect of God.
It is published every year as The Tabot Divine Heritage (TM) Diary.
